Regarding the placement of a job ad
You will be entering into an obligation to pay if you choose to place a job ad on our website. Should the placement fail to yield the intended goal at the end of its term, it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
Of course, for us, service is our number 1 priority, so should your goal not be met, please feel free to consult with us to discuss what we can do for you.
Failure to pay
Should you fail to pay after having received a second reminder, we will add a surcharge of €50 in administrative expenses and send you our (only/final) demand letter. Should you still fail to meet your payment obligations then we will initiate the debt collection process.
New Female Leaders Careers can never be held liable for any indirect consequential damages, immaterial damages or pure financial loss. All other liability of New Female Leaders Careers for attributable damages will be limited to the amount of the invoice.
We will ensure that the job ad is brought to the attention of our community, but unfortunately we have no influence over how many people will actually apply for the position. We will exert all effort at the level that you are accustomed to from New Female Leaders to stimulate people to apply for your job opening.
Choice of applicable law and disputes
Dutch (Netherlands) law applies to this contract. The applicability of conditions set by the client will under all conditions be explicitly excluded, with the exception of those deviations that have been agreed to explicitly in writing.
New Female Leaders Careers is never to be held responsible for text supplied by the client, nor for the contents of the job ad, nor for the design and/or the logo.
Agreeing to these general terms and conditions implies an acceptance of the costs (that should be paid through the invoice) as described on the Rates page on the website. New Female Leaders Careers will immediately provide the agreed service and will demand payment within 7 days (as stated on the invoice).
New Female Leaders Careers retains the right to also place the content as provided by the client on (social media) channels selected for this purpose by New Female Leaders Careers. This way, New Female Leaders Careers offers access to the potential reach of the aforementioned channels.
New Female Leaders Careers retains the right to remove a job ad should it prove not to meet the guidelines of New Female Leaders Careers. In this case New Female Leaders will directly contact the client.
You are not permitted to (for instance via your profile) place content on the New Female Leaders Careers website that is unlawful, fraudulent, discriminating, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene or otherwise reprehensible, or that contains sexual, ethnic, racial or otherwise discriminating content or that is not relevant or factual. Furthermore, you are not allowed to (for instance via your profile) place user content on the New Female Leaders Careers website that contains sensitive information, corporate secrets, confidential information, advertisements, requests, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or other unsolicited commercial communications (unless this has been explicitly permitted by us in writing) or that stimulate or trigger spamming or flooding.
And finally, you are not permitted to (for instance via your profile) place user content on the New Female Leaders Careers website that contains official identity information (yours or that of someone else), such as a citizen service / social security number (burgerservicenummer), passport number, national identification number, insurance policy number, driver’s license number, immigration number, or any other comparable numbers, codes or means of identification. The placing of such identity information can lead to identity theft and have other harmful consequences. New Female Leaders Careers can remove this type of information but is not obligated to do so. New Female Leaders Careers bears no responsibility regarding the above and rejects all liability when it comes to the placement of such identity information. New Female Leaders Careers thereby retains the right to amend the job ad on the website, including, but not limited to, hiding fields, adjusting the layout and changing visual elements.
We are New Female Leaders, operating under the name New Female Leaders and we are established in Rotterdam and are responsible for the processing of your personal data (Data Controller as defined by the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation).
New Female Leaders gives safety and quality high priority. An important aspect of this is guaranteeing the privacy of (potential) clients and candidates.

Regarding the use of personal data
In order to make use of the NFL Career Platform, we will of course ask you to submit certain information regarding yourself and your company. Upon request you can always look into your data; change it; have it removed; and have it transferred. You can reach us via e-mail at

The use of your personal data
New Female Leaders Careers will use your personal data for the following purposes:
- in order to best render our services (such as contacting a candidate for the job ad);
- to send an invoice;
- to send you information on our services;
- to generate automated statistical data and to secure our services.
Without your explicit permission, New Female Leaders Careers will not supply third parties with your personal data – with the exception of for invoice-related accounting purposes.
Safeguarding your personal data
It goes without saying that New Female Leaders Careers has taken the appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against loss or any other form of unlawful processing.
Also the environment is secure. You can see this by the ‘https’ in your browser’s URL (the address of the web page), as well as by the closed lock symbol at the bottom of the computer screen. By clicking on the lock symbol twice, you can easily verify that you have secure contact with the website.
However, New Female Leaders Careers cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to circumvent the measures taken by New Female Leaders Careers and use your personal data for improper purposes.
Personal data retention period
New Female Leaders will retain your personal data until such time as you withdraw your consent.

- in certain circumstances: removing or limiting the use of your personal data – unless we have good reason, such as a legal obligation, to process your personal data or to not remove it ;

- transferring your data. Should this be requested, in order to protect your personal data, we will have to verify your identity.
Withdrawal of consent
We do not make use of automated decision making that is solely based on automated processing, including profiling. If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any moment. Prior to our receiving notice of this withdrawal of consent, the withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on consent given prior to this withdrawal, nor will it affect the lawfulness of a further processing of this data based on a different premise, such as a contract or legal obligation on the side of New Female Leaders.
